1. Usage rights
Graphics Deck, Search Deck and the bundle share the same one-time purchase terms. Each assigned user receives a non-exclusive license for personal use or their own work. Updates and technical support are included for 12 months from purchase; versions provided during that period remain licensed for use afterward. Copyright and ownership of the software are not transferred.
2. Devices and users
The purchaser can assign seats to team accounts within the purchased 1-, 5- or 10-user option. Each assigned user may activate up to two computers. Website login sessions and product device activations are counted separately.
Internet is required for first activation and during use. Product Manager refreshes purchase authentication in the background. If connectivity or authentication is interrupted, reconnect before starting a new action. No offline grace period is provided. Saved projects and captions are not deleted when authentication connectivity is lost.
3. Prohibited use
Reselling or sharing installers, accounts, or licence rights without permission; bypassing activation or copy protection; and assisting unauthorised use by third parties are prohibited.
4. Updates and support
Updates and technical support are provided for 12 months from purchase. You can continue using versions provided during that period after it ends. If you need further updates and technical support, you may choose to purchase a separate 12-month update pass. It does not renew automatically.
5. Compatibility and updates
Future changes to Adobe applications or operating systems may affect compatibility with older versions. Current support is listed on product pages and in release notes. Versions outside their support period are not guaranteed to remain compatible with future environments.
6. User content and templates
MOGRTs, thumbnails, and presets added by users are user content. Removing an item from the Graphics Deck library does not arbitrarily delete the original file selected by the user. The standard empty-library edition contains no caption designs or MOGRT templates. Accounts separately granted Graphics Deck access may install the library edition containing 43 basic MOGRTs. It does not include every user-configuration example shown on the site.
