Request a refund within 7 days of purchasing Graphics Deck, Search Deck or the bundle for a full refund, regardless of download, activation or use. The same policy applies to team options.
2. Trial before purchase
A card-free 7-day trial lets you check compatibility and your workflow. It starts at first activation after email verification, is available once per email and is limited to one computer. Internet is also required during the trial. There is no automatic charge when it ends.
3. Defects or discrepancies
The seven-day policy does not limit cancellation or refund rights under applicable law after that period. Defects or differences from advertising, descriptions or contractual terms are handled through correction, replacement or refund as required by applicable law.
4. How to apply
Email your purchase email address, order number and refund request to support@seoha-plugins.com. Requests within seven days do not require a reason or proof of non-use. Do not send passwords, full card numbers or verification codes.
After verifying the order, we refund the original payment method through Lemon Squeezy and email the result. Applicable legal refund deadlines are observed; posting times may vary by card issuer, bank and payment method. Access, team seats and device activations for the refunded order end, but your projects and original materials are not deleted.
