1. Scope
These terms apply to the website, accounts, Product Manager, and software sales and support services provided by SEOHA.
2. Service provision
Product prices, supported operating systems and Adobe versions, and delivery methods and timing are shown on product and checkout pages. Features announced before release are not guaranteed to be included in the final product.
3. Orders and payments
The base Graphics Deck product is a one-time purchase that includes 12 months of updates and technical support from purchase. You can continue using versions provided during that period after it ends. Launch-week prices for weeks 1–4 are US$49·54·59·64, with the regular price of US$69 from week 5. Search Deck costs US$25·30·33·36 during weeks 1–4 and US$40 from week 5. For the Graphics Deck + Search Deck bundle, prices in weeks 1–4 are US$65·75·85·90, and the regular price from week 5 is US$ 100. Week 1 is the seven-day period starting when the site's first sale is completed. The same start applies to all products and bundles. The optional 12-month update pass costs US$29 and does not renew automatically. All displayed prices include VAT. The final amount is shown before the payment button.
4. Supply of digital content
After payment, order confirmation and Product Manager sign-in instructions are sent to the purchase email address. Purchase rights are linked to that address. The six-digit email code is a short-term identity check, not a permanent licence key.
5. Trial
Graphics Deck offers a seven-day trial without card registration. The trial starts on the first activation after email verification and is available once per email address on one computer.
6. Withdrawal and refunds
A blanket no-refund policy is not applied merely because products are downloadable. Before payment, criteria are provided that account for commencement of supply, use and activation status, discrepancies from descriptions or advertising, and defects.
7. Content not included
Designs shown in product screenshots are examples of user configurations. Unless separately stated, caption designs, MOGRT templates, and users' personal library files are not included. The library edition for accounts granted Graphics Deck access includes the separately described 43 basic MOGRTs. The standard empty-library edition contains no templates.

9. Website accounts and deletion
Website registration is limited to people aged 14 or older. Users confirm this during registration; dates of birth and identification documents are not collected. When account registration opens, sign-up and sign-in use email verification. Creating an account does not start a trial or payment. After recent email verification, account deletion can be confirmed on the account page. Deletion removes the website account, all sign-in sessions, and verification request records for that email address from the operational database.
